Frequently asked questions
View all FAQs →Do I need to be a certain standard to play?
No. We welcome everyone from first-timers to experienced players. Our games are social, friendly and organised so you can enjoy your football at your own level.
What footwear should I wear?
Astro turf boots preferred, studs can be worn.
How do I join a game?
Pick a venue and session on our website or app, then book your spot online. Every player needs their own account, so each person can manage their own booking. Come on your own or bring a mate. You don't need to organise a team.
Do games go ahead in bad weather?
We play in most weather conditions. Rain alone won't cancel a game. We may cancel if severe weather or unsafe conditions affect the venue. If your game is cancelled, we'll notify booked players.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
You can move your booking to another available game up to nine hours before kick-off. Bookings are non-refundable. After the nine-hour cut-off, you can still cancel online, but there's no refund or option to reschedule.
How long does a game last?
Most games run for around 60 to 70 minutes. The exact length can vary by venue and format, so check your session details.
